01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and oknet ("oknet," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at oknet.win. By registering an account, logging in to the oknet platform, making a deposit, or otherwise using any service offered by oknet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the oknet Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

03 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on oknet. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or through different devices — is strictly prohibited. oknet employs identity verification, device fingerprinting, and IP monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, oknet reserves the right to terminate all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines, oknet requires all account holders to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation includes:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or Philippine Passport).
• A selfie photograph of the account holder holding the same ID, with the face and ID clearly visible.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your oknet login credentials. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the oknet account. oknet reserves the right to refuse deposits from unverified or third-party payment sources. 4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the oknet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso. oknet does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion fees associated with foreign-issued payment cards are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by oknet are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification on oknet.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all account balances, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where appropriate.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments to Terms

oknet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
